September Academy Graduation Recap!



This month, another Flying Tigers' Pilot Academy Graduation was held, where graduates of FT201 received their 2nd Lt. bars and FT401 graduates received their pilot wings! At this month's graduation, the Flying Tigers' CO and Aviator of the Month awards were handed out. A special award was also given to Brigadier General Vickster Kuhn! Join the Flying Tigers this Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 12pm slt as we graduate our newest FT201 and FT401 cadets! Graduation will take place at the WW2 Memorial and new military and rank appointees will also be honored!

July 2012 Graduation Recap!



Yesterday, the Flying Tiger tigers held their July 2012 Graduation Ceremony! The following cadets graduated from FT201 and were commissioned as 2nd Lt's:
-2nd Lt. Daisydude Resident
-2nd Lt. Caimartinjg Resident

The following cadets graduated from FT401 and received their AVG Wings and China Wings:
-2nd Lt. Charles Gilde
-2nd Lt. Leo Ravenheart
-2nd Lt. Nhnavywolf Resident

The following officers were honored for their new rank appointments:
-Major Toscha Vayandar
-Captain ChastityNo Weston
-Captain Paul Partridge
-1st Lt. Sodak Xeltentant

Major Detox Exonar was given one last salute and a standing ovation, for his service and dedication to the Flying Tigers.  Speeches of the day included the Welcome Speech by Major Nil1965 Resident and the Closing Speech by Major General Giano. Brigadier General Vickster Kuhn gave an excellent speech about the heart of the Flying Tigers. Brigadier General Kuhn also provided a flyover before the graduation ceremony. JUNE 2012 ACADEMY GRADUATION RECAP!

Today the Flying Tigers' Academy graduated it newest 2nd LT's and it's newest certified pilots! Events started at 12pm slt with a Golden Tigers' Flyover. The Golden Tigers' Flyover consisted of Col. Roberto McAndrews, 1st. LT. Paul Patridge, and Brigadier General Vickster Kuhn.

The ceremony started with a moment of silence to remember the brave men and women of WW2 and Maj. Nil Resident giving a inspirational welcome speech:

"Dear Commanders, Officers, Pilots, Cadets and Aviators, Ladies and Gentlemen, It is a great honor for me today to hold the Opening Speech. I may not be that good in speeches alone rather than actions, nevertheless I grab the challenge to express my views and points given today's celebration of graduation of the new perspective Officers to be.


I am almost a year now within the big family of Flying Tigers, having experienced fun, challenges, drama even at times, but all in all, like all families, at the end we gather together, stronger and continue, wiser even. Today another group of cadets are completing their Academic training, while others are finishing the preliminary orientation and basic training, entering the last phase of their Academic program.


It is with joy and satisfaction to see younger and older people to express their interest to the Flying Tigers, joining the group, enrolling the Academy and entering the hierarchy. The Flying Tigers' values of LOYALTY - RESPECT - TRUTH - COURAGE - HONOR - JUSTICE - CHARITY - HUMILITY are virtues developed and last through whole human-kind history, and as such there are Core Values of our species distinguish our civilization and culture.


Herewith we honor those that fought for those values throughought the dark ages of our history, focused especially to the contemporary century events of WW2 where Flying Tigers formed and wrote their history and inspired younger generations and definitely our SL theme in here, but also we expand our activities and pay tribute, respect and honor to all flying era from Orville and Wilbur Wright, the two aviation pioneers who invented and built the world's first successful airplane and making the first controlled, powered and sustained heavier-than-air human flight, on December 17, 1903 up to today's modern state-of-art hi-tech jets and even the space era.


We share our love for open and blue skies, the thrill of flying, the memory of our history and our duty to be prepared. I welcome all of you entering the legendary Flying Tigers, I congratulate all of you for your progress and wish you better days with joy and fulfillment.


Go Tigers Go - HUA!"

After this speech, the FT201 graduates were announced and received their 2ND LT Silver bars! Today's FT201 graduates were:

Brigadier General Vickster Kuhn presented the FT401 graduates and gave a speech on why it was important to participate and belong in such a group as the Flying Tigers. Today's FT401 graduates were:

Brigadier General Kuhn also commended newly appointed 1st Squadron CO, 1ST LT. Frederiko Laval. Flying Tigers' CO Major General Giano swore all graduates in and lead each cadet in the Flying Tigers' Officer Oath. General Giano wrapped up the ceremony with his closing speech, which reminded everyone of why it was important to keep the memory of WW2 alive and how important it is to never forget WW2. After the ceremony, everyone headed to Amelias' Pilot Lounge for a 90 minute vintage party with DJ Cath! DJ Cath played many popular tunes from the 1920s to 1950s. Below are photos from this event:

June 2012 Academy Graduation!


Join us on Saturday, June 30, 2102 at 12pm slt as the Flying Tigers' graduate it's latest 2nd LT.'s and pilots! Graduation will be held at the WW2 Memorial and the uniform o the day is the Flying Tigers' Class A Khaki uniform. All graduating cadets should report to the WW2 Memorial at 1130 am slt for a briefing of the ceremony.

May 2012 Flying Tigers' Academy Graduation Recap!

On Saturday, May 19, 2012, the Flying Tigers held their May 19, 2012 graduation! A combined total of 16 FT201 and FT401 cadets graduated!

Events started with a flyover by the Golden Tigers! Captain Umaga started events with a great welcome speech, which set the tone of graduation. After the welcome speech, Colonel Mumfuzz announced the FT201 graduates, who were later sworn in by Major General Giano and commissioned at 2nd LT's:

After the graduation ceremony, everyone partied at Amelias' Pilot Lounge, which had been decorated to look like a vintage ballroom.  New 2nd LT and Amelias' DJ, Anakin, played 2 hours of 1930s and 1940s tunes, to keep everyone in the mood:

Flying Tiger's May Academy Graduation Information

On Saturday, May 19, 2012, at 12pm slt, the Flying Tigers' Academy will hold its May 2012 graduation ceremony! The ceremony will be held at our WW2 Memorial, which is located on the WW2 Pacific Sim.   Below is a schedule of events:

FLYING TIGERS MAY GRADUATION CEREMONY PROGRAM


-1145 am slt - All graduating cadets should report to the WW2 Memorial

-12pm slt - Golden Tiger's Flyover

-After the Golden Tiger's Flyover, the ceremony will begin:

Flying Tigers' April Academy Graduation Recap!

Yesterday the Flying Tigers welcomed their newest pilots! Events started with a Golden Tiger's flyover, then everyone was seated as they were welcomed by Brigadier General Devyn Smythe.  Master of Ceremonies Lt. Col. Sg Wonder announced all graduated and presented the Meritious Service Medal to 2nd Lt. Humphrey Smythe.  All graduates were later sworn in by Flying Tigers' CO Maj. General Giano.  Below is a complete listing of all graduates:

Flying Tigers' Academy February Graduation!

On Saturday, February 25, 2012, the Flying Tigers' Academy held a graduation ceremony and welcomed their new pilots! The following LT's graduated and were received warmly by their fellow Flying Tigers:

2nd Lt Sodak Xeltentat

The graduation started with the Flying Tigers' CO, Maj. General Giano being choppered into the ceremony and escorted by LTC SilgentG Wonder and Colonel Whitewolf Mumfuzz. Everyone was then treated to a fly over by the Golden Tigers team, lead by Brig. General Vickster Kuhn.  Ceremonies then kicked off with a welcoming speech by CO  Maj. General Giano, which reflected on the history and spirit of WW2.

FT 301 GRADS ( PILOT WING RECEIPIENTS)
--  2nd LT Sodak Xeltentat has completed his non combat portiom of the Flight acacemy and earned his Pilots wings and he has chosen the 1st Pursuit " Adam& Eves" Squadron under the command of Captain Cyberella Dubratt as his intern squadron.  He is enrolled in the combat class FT 401
on the way to earning his AVG Fighter pilot wings.

-- 2nd LT Humprey KNOTS Murrdon Smythe has completed his non combat portion of the Flight academy and earned his Pilots wings and  he has chosen the 11th bombardment sq for his internship under the command or Major Detox Exonar.  He is enrolled in the combat class FT 401 andon the way to earning his AVG Fighter pilot wings.
